Cardio Test

*  What is your 10 second pulse rate?

To find your pulse, place your middle and index fingers over the artery located on the side of your neck just below the jaw. Select the number of beats counted over 10 seconds in the box above.

Strength Test

*  How many squats can you do in 30 seconds?

Stand with feet shoulder width apart. With feet facing forward, arms extended, squat down bending knees to 90°. Return to start position in a slow and controlled manner.

*  How many press ups can you do in 30 seconds?

Place toes on floor keeping arms straight with slight bend in elbows, hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart on floor. Lower upper body until gentle stretch is felt in chest. Return to start in a slow and controlled manner.
