- STEP 2. Take your online questionnaire and fitness tests
We’ll find out how fit you are now and what goal you want to achieve, then build you a fitness plan using the equipment you have and the time you have available to let you meet your goals. You can also Target Any Body Part in your plan i.e. stomach and bottom.
- STEP 3. Wait for a few minutes whilst our systems build your fitness plan
We’ll complete hundreds of calculations to select the best exercises for you and to make sure that you’ll always be moving quickly towards your goal, but safely.
- STEP 4. You can start your plan immediately
Just enter the members area where you’ll find your schedule and fitness plans. The data you entered during the questionnaire will be here too so you can keep track of your progress every step of the way.
- STEP 5. Now you have your plan but it doesn’t stop there
